- GREIB TRANSLATIONAL PROJECTS (Ref. GREIB-TRANS)
The aim of GREIB-TRANS is to promote translational, or ‘bench to bed’ projects by BioHealth research groups. In 2010 the deadline for applications is November 20. For the next year, new calls will be launched, subject to financial resources.

- GREIB JOINT PROJECTS (Ref. GREIB-JP)
The aim of GREIB-JP is to foster collaboration between UGR research groups and GREIB associated institutions, on one hand, and researchers of excellence located in other countries, on the other, within the BioHealth area. In particular, this program will facilitate exchange stays among groups, in order to set a solid base for future research efforts. In 2010 the deadline for applications is November 30. For the next year, a new call will be published.

- GREIB START-UP PROJECTS FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS (Ref. GREIB-PYR)
The aim of GREIB-PYR is to encourage and facilitate research initiatives (preferably interdisciplinary) related with BioHealth topics. These initiatives may also represent actions towards exploration of new research fields for young researchers. This shall enhance interdisciplinary collaborations in the framework of BioHealth young research community and also individual explorative research initiatives in new research fields. In 2010 the deadline for applications is November 20. For the next year, new calls will be launched, subject to financial resources.

- GREIB INCENTIVES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE 7FP (Ref. GREIB-7FP)
The aim of GREIB-7FP is to promote the internationalization of research and demonstration activities of the GREIB research groups by incentivation of researchers in the BioHealth groups to participate in collaborative project proposals featured in the 7 Framework Programme of the European Union. There is no fixed deadline, but funding is limited by available resources at any time point.
